Welcome to Just-Answer. My name is ***** ***** online handle is Honda-Man. I have over 31 years experience repairing Honda and Acura vehicles. I may need to ask some questions before I can give an answer. As much detail as possible is greatly appreciated.

If the both back work with the hazard switch but not off the turn signal switch the hazard switch is your problem. The signals go through the hazard switch so if it's bad the turn signals won't operate correctly. I have attached a copy of the wiring diagram for you to use if needed. I have seen this problem before in the past at least half a dozen times. ebay hazard switch.
