Working on 2005 honda civic ex coupe. Can't get ground to ac

Customer Question

working on 2005 honda civic ex coupe. Can't get ground to ac clutch relay under hood. I have 12 volts through the thermal protector going to MCU, but only 6 volts from MCU to ECM to pull clutch relay. I have continuity through the accumulator pressure switch. Why can't I get 12 volts from MCU. I have replaced the MCU.
