Great. Do you have a test light or multimeter?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
no

i think it is the anti thift in car. turn the ingnition on the red light is still on.
Expert:  justinsbg replied 8 months ago.

The anti theft on this vehicle is what is called the immobilizer system. If this was the issue the green key light would flash on the dash while trying to crank.

Expert:  justinsbg replied 8 months ago.

Also, the engine would spin over, but wouldn't start. You are saying that the engine won't even spin over correct?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
green light on but go off. will not turn over. will not spin
Expert:  justinsbg replied 8 months ago.

okay. The immobilizer is not the issue. Let me try to figure out some way for you to test without using a test light or meter.

Expert:  justinsbg replied 8 months ago.

I will have to ask you to use a test light or meter to go any further. We need to check some things to help determine which route we need to go. You can purchase a test light at any auto parts store for pretty cheap.
