Customer Question

I have a 1993 honda accord se (automatic). The car acted like it went into nuetral while driving down the highway. Pulled over & tried to restart the engine. Car sounds like the starter selenoid is not engaging. Has power but sounds like the starter is just spinning. Could it be a nuetral safety switch or starter relay? Thanks
