I am working on a 1998 Honda CR-V: will not start, replace fuel pump and filter, spark plugs firing, have fuel preasure on fuel rail, pulse on fuel injectors. what else need to be check or done?.

Roy, I check the compression, and found that all cylinder had about 30 lb or less of compression. Sense this engine has more than 300K miles and burning oil greatly, I would consider this engine have bite the dust. Thanks for the answer. I am 100% satisfy.

ok, thats a confirmation that the timing is not correct. the belt has slipped. check the marks
