99 Honda accord 4 cyl I change the timing belt started the car ran it for 10 minutes everything was fine I turned it off for 5 minutes went to start it now it won't start and all the lights are flashing. what's wrong?

Ok. Are they blinking like the alarm is going off? Have you checked all your electrical connections? Battery, etc? wiggle the battery connections and see if either are loose.

Have you tried connecting the battery and immediately hitting the unlock button on the key fob to deactivate the alarm?
