2004 crv will not start, will turn over slowly one time and die. battery reads 12.70 and terminals and wires cleaned at the battery. all other electrical (lights etc.) working well.

Hello, my name is***** sounds like your starter may be failing. You will want to monitor voltage at both wires going to starter, both should maintain at least 11v while trying to start. If good then replace the starter. Here are replacement instructions, let me know if you have questions. Thanks.
