when you say it's wont start please explain.

does it crank over but does not start or does not crank at all ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
When it dosen't start, its like the battery is disconnected. Later when it does start, the radio theft code needs to be reset.
This seems to happen about once a week. Could it be the power relay at fault ?
Expert:  MASTER TECH replied 1 year ago.

ok with this new information I got a hunch you might be having a failing ignition switch harness.

I don't think this would explain the loss of standby power to the radio ? What about the power relay possibility ?
Expert:  MASTER TECH replied 1 year ago.

have not see a relay cause that since the radio back up is direct via the fuse box.

not possible a fuse box ? have not seen one fail to date but these are getting older so anything is possible.

let me look over the etm when I get back home
