Customer Question

sure the fan in my daughters 02 crv suddenly stopped. checked fuses seem good, read about the transistor but didn't find it yet. disconnected the wires from the fan and removed the fan. Checked the two wires to the fan and havd right at 12v. hooked fan directly to 12v and nothing.

Hello I will help you with your question,

You put power and ground to the motor connection and it did not run?

You pulled it out and it turns freely by hand?

You measured 12 volts between the pins of the motor connector with the key on and the blower selected on high?

Sounds like the motor needs to be replaced if all those are true .

Please let me know how I can help you with this

Thank you
