Yes p0341, and im also not getting signal from the computer to the vtc solenoid? I already tried changing the computer and it didnt work.

The problem i have is that the vtc solenoid doesn't get signal from the computer.

No it doesn't lack power it runs normall.

HI,
Different expert here, with a new ecm and no voltage on signal wire to the vtc solenoid, there is either a break in the wire, or short to ground in it. You will need to trace the wire and repair it.
