I have replaced the AC Clutch fuse, the AC clutch relay, I have manually turned the clutch and it turns, when I hook a freon canister up to the low pressure port it reads really high PSI

ok so sounds like their is a signal problem from the hvac control panel to the compressor. do you have a dvom so I can send you some trouble shooting material ?

does the condenser fan come on but just not the compressor correct .

update. The A/C does not engage when I turn the AC button on, the condensing fan turns on but the cooling fan does not turn on.does that help?
