can you tell me what the navi is not doing.
does it power up or any info on the display ?
does the radio work ?

It asks for the navi code. After entering it says invalid code. The radio does work but not on the navi screen

ok can you push and hold the 1 and 6 buttons on the radio and then while holding turn the radio on it will display a code.
I need this to access the site to get your radio code.
also which code are you using ?

No code just time, channel selected 1-6, preset channel

The code I was using was written in the book 6223

ok the 4 digit code is for the main system .
I would like to check the navi serial # ***** is sounds like this units been serviced at one time.lets try to recover the serial # *****
1. Enter the navigation diagnostic mode by pressing and holding the Menu, Map/Guide, and Cancel buttons at the
same time.
2. From the Select Diagnosis items screen, select Detailed Information & Settings, then select Unit Check,
then select Navi ECU or ECU Info.
you will see the navi serial # ***** need this to check the code
