My 1990 Accord starts hard initially, but once it starts, she runs fine, and starts every time. I ve replaced plugs rotor cap and wires. The ignitor was replaced 12000 miles ago.

Thank you for using Just Answer.I will do my best to answer your question.There are a multitude of reasons for a hard cold starting condition:
fuel pump is weak
fuel pressure regulator faulty
weak ignition coil and ignition control module
faulty engine coolant temperature sensor
The 2 most common reasons for this are the coolant temp sensor or fuel pressure regulator.
