Hi, my name is XXXX XXX I'm a Honda expert here at JustAnswer.com. I'd be glad to help you with your question.
thank you did you see my questions?
I would tow it if possible to the nearest Honda dealer
Something happened if those lights were not on before the repairs
It can not be driven?
My guess is they are not telling you the whole story
It can be driven but without knowing what type of damage they did to the vehicle I can't tell you for sure it's safe to drive
I have 2 bad tires and had an oil change
I understand what work was done.
Do they have reset buttons?
No.
You have trouble codes stored inside the car's computer
when you have the vehicle scanned it will show the codes. Once the problem is corrected you can "clear" the codes
Can you tell my what these codes mean?
If you can have it towed to the Honda dealer and they find that Walmart did something wrong to cause the problem it will be easier to have them pay for the repair if you don't drive it
I can't tell what codes you have without scanning the vehicle with a scan tool
There are literally like a hundred codes
Walmart should have a scan tool
and scan it for you
they said they dont know what the lights mean
they didnt say anything about scanning it
The lights mean you have a stored trouble code for the ABS (anti lock brakes) VSA (vehicle stability assist) or VTM-4 (all wheel drive system)
The systems are all connected so when one has a problem all the lights can come on.
It doesn't mean all have a problem
Thank you Kyle N
could be that they installed the wrong size tires on the truck
could be the damaged an ABS sensor on one of the axles.
Hard to say
I would check that all the tires are exactly the same size
ok
If the new front ones are a different size then the rear then bingo that's the issue.
I'm thinking this may have happened
The 2 new tires were put on the front
I thank you for your help Kyle
I understand. Check the front tire size and rear. If they are different that will cause those lights to come on.
No problem!
