I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING JUST ANSWER, AND FOR ALLOWING ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR AUTOMOTIVE CONCERNS. To start with, Is the R134a (freon) full ? If you place a jumper wire from battery+ to the compressor clutch, does the air come out of the vents cold? (by jumpering the compressor clutch, this will tell us if the comp. clutch coil is good, and if the comp. is good and there is freon in the system,) If it is out of freon the low pressure switch will not allow voltage to the compressor clutch Thanks,Please let me know

Customer replied 331 days and 23 hours ago.

Thanks for your quick respond , I chaked freon it full 38psi low pressure side and when I give battery power for the compressor the compressor work good ,I use small peas wire to jamp the pressure switch but the compressor not work.

Ok then take a good look at the condensor fuse in the under-hood fuse/relay box if it gets burned-out the compressor will not recieve power, If fuse is good make sure there is b+ on both sides of the fuse Thanks

Customer replied 331 days and 23 hours ago.

Is that possible to get wiring diagram for AC system

My site wont go back that far, so Im using a paper manual, at the relay (behind left side of the front bumper)see if the white wire is hot at all times with key-on, red wire goes to the compressor clutch, The black/yellow wire should be hot with a/c switch on, the red/blue wire comes from the engine control module (behind the right kick panel) computer sends signal to turn on relay (via pressures/etc)

What relay were changing? the a/c compressor relay is left front of vehicle behind bumper, Are you sure all fuses are good inside vehicle and under hood, Use a test light and touch each side of each fuse to make sure test light lights-up

The compressor relay is in the location I supplied,, Remove the relay you installed and reinstall the old relay, Then disconnect both battery cables from the battery, and touch the cable ends together for 30 seconds then reconnect to battery and see if hvac module will reset (this procedure will reset the module back to base) Thanks,

Customer replied 329 days and 23 hours ago.

Hi today I did connect the two cable but the problem still there may be hvac module is burn were it locate pleas help me thank you

Picture
Expert:  Mastertech1 replied 329 days and 23 hours ago.

The hvac module is part of the controller(the unit you use to turn on a/c or heater) the control head is all part of it,
