The D light flashing indicates that there is a code in the automatic transmission.

Customer :

I already found that out by reading the manual.

Mauricio : This could be cause by 3th clutch or a internal transmission failure
Customer :

so, I need to see a service shop

Mauricio : You need to know the code store in the computer. The Hondas has a problem with transmission failure.
Mauricio : This will the next step.

I figured that.

Mauricio : Honda did extend the warranty on the transmission for 8 years or 80k miles
Customer :

wasn't there a recall?

Mauricio : Not a recall just a extend warranty.
Mauricio : You can call the Honda customer service and ask about the extend warranty
Mauricio : They probably will tell you to bring the truck to a dealer.
