MASTER TECH :

Hello

JACUSTOMER-a85b29z6- :

will it say "radio serial number?"

MASTER TECH :

no it will be a white sticker

MASTER TECH :

either with a 5 digit code or a alpha numeric serial #

JACUSTOMER-a85b29z6- :

so i look under the hood, remove the fuse box cover, and it should be there?

MASTER TECH :

if not then the radio will have to be removed from the dash to get the radio out and get the serial # off the radio sticker

MASTER TECH :

normally yes

MASTER TECH :

but each dealer installs the stickers in different places.

JACUSTOMER-a85b29z6- :

ok - let me go and look and see if i can find white sticker....

MASTER TECH :

ok

JACUSTOMER-a85b29z6- :

Sa4-A2 was embedded on the fusebox cover - no white sticker. there is a white sticker by the drivers door - on the frame (not door) - a bunch of different numbers there....

MASTER TECH :

ok then the radio needs to be removed then

MASTER TECH :

the radio will have a sticker on it containing the serial #

JACUSTOMER-a85b29z6- :

i found it before once without removing radio - can't remember though - was when i first bought the car - thought i kept code but guess i didn't. any other places to look?

MASTER TECH :

in the owners manual or in the doors or the trunk

MASTER TECH :

do you want to remove the radio ?

JACUSTOMER-a85b29z6- :

no way - i will wait until morning when i can see better and look more - then get back to you...know i found it somewhere.....just have to figure out

MASTER TECH :

ok sounds good

MASTER TECH :

I will send the directions if you want them it takes about 5 minutes to remove the radio.

MASTER TECH :

pretty easy

JACUSTOMER-a85b29z6- :

i looked all over for that sticker - couldn't find anywhere - i guess i need the instructions on how to remove radio.

MASTER TECH :
