This most likely means your idle speed control motor has failed. With the air boot off plug the feed port for the idle air control valve and see if the idle comes down replace the idle speed control motor. Let me know if you have questions, thanks.

Check to see if your air flow chamber has not disconnected from your intake air duct. The airflow chamber is on the back of the intake duct and is attached to the breather pipe coming from the valve cover.
