master tech :

Hello welcome to just answer I am master tech and will be able to assist you today.

master tech :

try and disconnect the battery cables and then touch the cable ends together for 5 minutes and then reconnect the battery and enter the radio code and see if this resets

JACUSTOMER-nwqb53in- :

okkk if i don't know how to do this does that mean you can't help me? I may be able to disconnect the battery but the rest is greek

JACUSTOMER-nwqb53in- :

ok i just realized that my hood won't open i pulled the lever and the doesn't pop like it usually does :( don't know what to do

master tech :

hmm

master tech :

sounds like the cable or handle just broke

JACUSTOMER-nwqb53in- :

So i guess i'm off to the honda shop?

master tech :

if the hood will not open then yes this seems so

master tech :

have you looked at the hood latch handle yet these do break

JACUSTOMER-nwqb53in- :

I only pulled the latch it seems to move freely but no click how do i check for broken?

master tech :

look at the handle in the car and pull it and see if the handle is broken and on the latch look and see if the cable is loose at the latch

master tech :

maybe this is just sticking I would spray some wd-40 on the latch and then this should help if the cable is good

JACUSTOMER-nwqb53in- :

hood doesn't come loose enought to see anything under neath I can't get hood high enough to spray wd

master tech :

so the hood is not open ?

master tech :

the cable is loose yes

master tech :

then look at the handle and see if the handle is broken from behinde

master tech :

behind**

JACUSTOMER-nwqb53in- :

hood isn't open and handle doesn't appear to be broken hood opens enoug for me to barely get fingers in that's it

JACUSTOMER-nwqb53in- :

finger tips actually

master tech :

ok then the cable sounds like it broke at the latch
