i have a 2007 honda crv with a check engine light. the fault is a p2646 for rocker arm actuator stuck off. what doese this mean?

First, check the oil level in the engine.

If it's low, fill it up and clear the code. See if it returns.

Tim West :

If the code returns, you probably have an issue with the vtec-oil pressure switch. locate the Variable Timing/Lift Control (VTEC) oil pressure switch on the passenger back corner of the cylinder head.
