Unfortunately there are not many options when it comes to dealing with these CD players from Honda, and usually you either have to get it sent out to be repaired, or replace the audio unit in general

often it is cheaper to get an aftermarket CD player/audio unit than either of those options

unless you can find a used honda unit, sometimes that may not cost much

it usually is only the CD player part of them that has issues, over time for some reason most of the honda ones do not last as long as many other things do on these cars unfortunately. They are usually made by companies like alpine or pioneer for honda. It won't cause any issues with your radio, that should continue to be fine

sorry to be the bearer of bad news, you can try to get the CD out with a pick or something, but it likely would still display an erroy unless you get really lucky, this is somewhat of a no win situation usually
