Ok is the hazard switch plugged in? Was there any recent work done to the vehicle. If not the the relay is bad.
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
yes I need to know how to replace the relay ie where it is located and how to pull it out so I can get the OE number for the people at Kragen to order it for me

It's under drivers side fuse box bard to get to .Here's part number 38300-SE3-013 RELAY ASSY., TURN SIGNAL AND HAZARD (FR-3309) (MITSUBA) about 20 from Honda. I would get it from Honda they will print out the location for you also .

Hoped this helped.
