1995 honda accord: My speedometer needle..vehicle speed..speed sensor

Resolved Question:

I own a 1995 honda accord. My speedometer needle does not work. I replaced the vehicle speed sensor and it still does not work. Is there something else I need to replace or check?

Do you have a volt meter?

yes

Great! Here is the test for the VSS to make sure it is working properly Click here! This procedure says to use a test harness, but ignore that. All you need to do is leave the wire plugged to the VSS and prick the appropriate wire color and test accordingly with the probe on your volt meter. More than likely you have a bad speedometer assembly (I have replaced tons of them) but this test will tell you 100% certain. If you get stuck or need anything, please let me know.
