I HAVE A 1993 HONDA DeSOL

Ok so im assuming it failed on the dyno test for the emissions correct.

YES WHILE BEING INSPECTED. IT PASSED CO AND CO2 AND O2 BUT HAD A HIGH NOx READING.

Ok what you need to do is make sure it has been tuned up recently including the pcv valve and the timing is right on,these cars have to be extremely hot when running on the dyno as they are very tempermental so make sure its exremely hot and then have them remove the air filter and this will help the car pass this is the trick make sure the air filter is removed and this should let it pass thats the trick done it numerous times for the same issue
