p0300 is general misfire code

p0301 is misfire #1 cyl

p1399 is no honda known code

i would start by running compression check and changing spark plugs possibly wires

I did the tune already like 2 weeks ago. I even check the compression on each cyclinder and they're not that bad at all. what's the next step???

double check spark plug on #1 also check wires cap and rotor

I smell gas on 1 cyclinder and on the spark plug. I think it's running lean.....should worry about that? That maybe the reason why the car is running rough!
