How do I enter the radio code in a 2008 Honda Civic?

I tried this but it is not inputting numbers when I use the radio preset buttons. Is there anything else I can try?
you have exceeded the amount of attempts to enter the code .so either remove a battery cable or fuse #23 in the under hood fuse box for 1 min to reset the radio and retry click here for the location of the fuse . let me know if it doesn't work and we can recheck to see if you have the correct code.
The pronlem is that when I use the radio presets it spells out "enter code". It just doesn't input any numbers.
try the disconnect trick to reset it, and if that wont work you may have a bad radio the car is still under warranty isnt it ?
I am letting it run for an hour to reset, but it is under warranty. Can I have my money back?

let me see if I can help here. When entering the correct code it will say CODE as you enter each number once you reach the fifth number the radio should come on.
