Ok, When I run it after I cut and pasted it in, I keep getting the same error I was before..

Its not an error.

Its asking for user input.
Below in BOLD are the enteries to be entered for the Output.

For the input you have to enter 500 and hit ENTER key

Then it will ask for:
What is your annual Interest rate?
Than you have to enter 1.5 and hit ENTER key

Then it will ask for:
How much were you paid this month?
you have to enter 1000 and hit the ENTER key

Then at the end it will ask for:
How much would you like to withdraw?
You have to enter 900 and hit the ENTER key
