unzip to get project folder.

Once you have the unzipped project.
open eclipse. Click on File ->import->existing project into workspace->java project and select the unzipped folder. It will show the project in eclipse.

To run from eclipse:
Right click on project Excercise_14_01
Click on Properties
In left pane, click on Run/Debug Setting.
On right side, select project Excercise_14_01
Click on edit button
in 'Edit Configuration window', click on 'Arguments' tab.
In program arguments section, enter the expression, like:
4 + 5;
Click OK
Click OK
Now right click on Excercise_14_01
Click on Run As..
Click java application to get output
You can change the argument and run again to see the output.


To run from command line:

javac Excercise_14_01.java
java Excercise_14_01 "4+5"

what did you put in argument?

That should be enclosed in quotes and seprated by space like:
"4 + 5"
