Program should also prompt the user to read two integers and displays their sum.....

For this please look for:
public void scanNum1() and public void scanNum2() methods in MyException.java and
me.scanNum1();
me.scanNum2();
System.out.println("Sum: " + me.sum()); in TestMyExceptions5.java

Program should prompt the user to read the names of input and output files....
Please look for:
public static FileInputStream f1(String fileName) method in MyException.java
and for following code in TestMyExceptions5.java

System.out.println("Enter any existing file name: ");
Scanner input = new Scanner(System.in);
.......

System.out.println("Enter any non existing file name for output: ");
input = new Scanner(System.in);
.......
