Thank you for responding. I am currently working with DXJAnswerMajic. She provided me with a Logic Model Diagram for a previous question last month.
I am currently waiting for a reply.
I am a Moderator for this topic, not a professional who answers questions.
I sent a message to your requested professional, DXJ, to follow up with you here, on this question, when she is back online.

The CDC has a wealth of information on Type II Diabetes; here is the link http://www.cdc.gov/diabetes/consumer/index.htm
I would like to have this by Thursday May 2nd or best timing.
Thanks for working on this!
Yes systems thinking. I need by Thursday May 2nd or best time.
I'm actually halfway through this.
Did you have any specific interventions in mind?
I have included testing, punctuating the continuum between GDM and DM,
health education, surveillance, community partnerships, and health education materials development.
Please let me know. Thanks so much! DXJ
Sounds great! Here are some other points to consider...
Ok, I appreciate your effort!
Thank you for a wonderful job!!
Have a great Day.
I have another assignment for you related to the Logic Model you just did for me.
1. Identify and discuss the ethical implications or concerns of the public health change model for Diabetes Type II. Assess and discuss this from each of these levels:
2. Summarize the basic ethical principles and theories that are applicable here.
3. Identify the skills and resources a leader would need to bring about the proposed changes in your model in an ethical way.
Please let me know what you can do.
Page count would be approximately 1-1/2 pages double spaced.
As far as text is concerned try the following:
Novick, Morrow, and Mays (2008). Public health administration: Principles for population-based management. Chapter 5 Ethics in Public Health Practice and Management.
You can use other resources as well including those you cited for the Logic Model you did for me.
I need by Monday May 13th.
Again, thanks for taking this on.
Thank you very much!
Just following up to see how you are coming along.
Great Job...Thank You!!
Have a great day!
