There is something wrong in the answer

Sorry. I could find the error. Actually diameter is given and it was solved considering diameter. We have to take radius.
C = 4pi*(1/36pi*10^9)*(1.5/100)=1.67*10^-12F
Energy stored = 0.5CV^2 = 0.5*1.67*10^-12*1000000=8.33*10-7J
Volume = (4pi/3)R^3 = 4pi/3)*(15/100)^3 = 1.4137*10-5m^3
Hence, energy density = 8.33*10^-7/1.4137*10^-5 = 58.94J/m^3 Ans.
