These are the minimum items that must be in the group project. You are free to add anything else

1. Introduce your Human Resources (HR) department, its makeup and structure, and its placement within the organization

2. Describe the various activities of your HR department( i.e., staffing, personnel development, etc.)

3. Present a mission statement that includes the administrative, operational, and strategic role of the HR department

1. Prepare an organizational Strategic Human Resource Plan
2. Prepare an organizational Staffing Plan
3. Prepare an organizational Training and Development Plan
4. Prepare a rudimentary organizational benefits and compensation program

I just need advice about where to start and how to complete the first 3 items listed and if you could Prepare an organizational Training and Development Plan for me within 5 weeks I will open a new thread for that and we can discuss a fair bonus for you to helping me with that as well.
