I am trying to solve a hypothesis problem. Lets say that all cars in washington state are either red or black. There are 5,200,000 cars total and 350,000 of them are red. A police officer randomly pulls a car over and it is red. How do i set tkhis up as a hypothesis test and what is the conclusion? was it just random chance a red car was pulled over?
