Jerr is an office assisant. He has received professional training as both a medical assistant and a LPN. He gets a phone call from a patient that needs a prescription refill on valium right away because he leaving for the airport and he needs it. No one in the office but Jerry at this time. What should he do?

Does his medical training quailft him to refill the order?
Would it make a difference if the medication requested were for control high blood pressure that the patient critically needs on a daily basis?
If he does call in the refill and the patient has an adverse reaction to it while flying is Jerry protected from lawsuit under the doctrine respondeat superior?
