What kind of advantages does such an expansion bring to the globalization?
Expert:  Judy Bailey replied 5 years ago.
Advantages for the country are improved infrastructures as manufacturing facilities either build or improve upon existing sites. The economy of the countries improves as the company will be paying taxes and importing goods as well as spending their money locally. Hiring local citizens to work in the facilities is, of course, a plus, however, there is also an expanding demand for other local skills such as the need for skilled laborers to build and care for housing of the imported expatriate workforce. More and more, companies are finding it to their advantage to work with the countries they plan to move to with regard to keeping the country "green", and bringing ideas for improved conservation of natural resources.
