Available for sale: 30 gallon x (1-0.15) = 25.5 gallon
Cost with markup: 30 x $1.58 * 1.2 = $52.88
selling price: $52.88/25.5 gallon
= $2.07 per gallon

 

Answer is $2.07 per gallon.
