Available for sale: 30 gallon x (1-0.15) = 25.5 gallon
Cost with markup: 30 x \$1.58 * 1.2 = \$52.88
selling price: \$52.88/25.5 gallon
= \$2.07 per gallon

Answer is \$2.07 per gallon.
