24. Terrence thug who has a long criminal history was arrested

Resolved Question:

24. Terrence thug who has a long criminal history was arrested last week for burglary and assault. At the time of his arrest officer Don asked thug if he would like to make a statement. Just before thug began to speak officer Don informed thug that he (thug) could have an attorney present at questioning that an attorney could be appointed if thug did not have the money to hire one and that thug did not have to say anything if he did not want to. After being informed of his rights thug agreed to answer questions in an interrogation by officer don. During that time thug made incriminating statements about his involvement in both matters. You are assisting attorney libertarian low in the defense of thug. Libertarian Lou in the defense of thug. Libertarian does not want the statements made by thug to be admissible at the time of trail. He believes that the "advisement" mandated by Miranda prescribes a specific format with express language with which the warnings must be given. Is libertarian correct? Why or why not?
