I did receive all of the questions but they came in out of order. I'm not sure why that happened. I thought maybe you were assigned different questions that skipped to greater and greater numbers (meaning you did not need answers for the ones in between). But then I realized the answers were just out of order. So, I will send them to you all in the correct order in just a few minutes.
