This is a good starting point for me as I am stressed at the moment doing 4 courses, working full time while taking care of my family.

Hi, actually I am the main reference. I have been in leadership for so long that I memorized good management practices.

The books are use are also dated from back when I was in college and many of them are out of print. I will try and get you some modern sources, but I can't promise anything because I am just so busy with other students.
