The formula I used is Risk Free Rate = Real Rate + Inflation Premium= 6% +1.8% = 7.8%
The formula I have is (1+R)=(1+r)(1+h) , do you have any alternative to the answer other than 7.80% ...??
If this is the case, then, please try:(1 + 0.06) / (1 + 0.018) - 1 = rr = 4.13%
