Hello Dawn

I have been trying for almost 4 dyas now to understand how did they arrive at the NPV amounts listed on the solution manual, but did not succeed. As i have advised you earlier, the answer I have posted comes from the book's solution manual, but i cannot figure out the breakdown of the NPV, i will however attach an excel file with my trial on the pessimistic scenario, but i could not figure where i went wrong. I will opt out of the question in case another expert can help you with it.
