You're going to have to provide more information, so that the specialists on this site can help you. An implementation or contingency plan for what? What area of work are you talking about? I assume that this is in a hospital or lab setting?
What is the implementation plan for? Are we talking about implementation for employees, clients, meds--what? More info would be helpful.
The same thing is true for the contingency plan--what is it for or pertaining to? Is this an emergency contingency plan or a backup plan of what to do in certain hazardous situations or what to do if an employee isn't doing what he/she is supposed to be doing? You can see why I need more information in order to better answer your questions, right?
