I have a Bose Sound Link Mini Blue Tooth Speaker II (carbon)

Customer Question

I have a Bose Sound Link Mini Blue Tooth Speaker II (carbon)
JA: What's the make/model number of your stereo? How old is it?
Customer: It is a Bose Sound Link Mini Blue Tooth Speaker II. That's the only thing I can find to identify it. It's only 1 year old. It will not connect anymore. It seems like it turns itself off as soon as you turn it on.
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried several times to turn it on but it won't stay on. As soon as I depress the on button it tells me that my batteries are 100% then it turns itself off.
JA: Anything else you want the theater expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Nothing I can think off

  3. Then, BEFORE releasing the play/pause button, unplug the charge cord from the unit.
  4. Release the button,
  5. Plug the unit back into the wall charger.
  6. Press the power button, and your unit should power on.
