I just purchased a HW-K550 soundbar and hooked it up to my Samsung TV. The sound isn't constant and goes in an out continuously. I have tried it wirelessly and with the provided optical cable. What can I do to correct the problem?
JA: Has your Samsung done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: The TV is about 10 months old. It hasn't done it before.
