help! we are in a campground that supplies with cable for our Tv, can you help us?
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Jensen JE3212
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: We connected the cable. Thought is was the cable so we bough a new coax. Connected that. My husband did the setup again and all we get is 2 channels that are snow covered with static. We cannot even move the channels off those two channels
