I have a Bose 2 speaker system on my Mac and the Main one

I have a Bose 2 speaker system on my Mac and the Main one has very little volume.
JA: What's the make/model number of your stereo? How old is it?
Customer: IMAC 4 years old
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Main Speaker just all of a sudden quit having volume the secondary one works fine. I tried pugging and unplugging.
JA: Anything else you want the theater expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, I just dont know what to do to troubleshoot.
