I have a DRA F109 DAB receiver. Some of our local stations

Customer Question

I have a DRA F109 DAB receiver. Some of our local stations have quit sending DAB in favour of DAB+ and reccomend us to rescan. My receiver refuses to scan. When scan is initiated, it just hangs, both on FM and DAB. Can I reset it? If so, how? Thanks for your help.
JA: What's the make/model number of your stereo? How old is it?
Customer: Denon DRA F109DAB serial no.4113500729, about 18 months old.
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It was working normally. I can manually tune some stations, when I try others, it hangs and I can recover by switching to internet radio and back. The trouble shooting in the manual does not address such problems. Otherise the system works fine.
JA: Anything else you want the theater expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no

Hello, Sorry you're having problems. Have you tried a full reset of the Denon's processor yet?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Let us quit. I don'tthink this is getting me anywhere. You have not read my question.
Expert:  Aric replied 6 months ago.

I've completely read your question and your Denon won't scan. This is usually because the processor is locked up. Resetting the processor solves that. So again, did you try that yes or no?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
I am quitting.

I'm opting out as well. Good luck.
