Hi there and welcome

to check, you want the Sound Touch 20 to have sound come from the TV correct?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.

Yes that is correct in conjunction with the 135 series

thanks

What is the make and model of the TV? And how is it connecting to the soundbar?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.

TV panasonic its connected through the sound touch 135 system & all that works fine, just want to hook up the sound touch series 3 speaker so get extra sound.

Expert:  Richard replied 7 months ago.

yes, but how are you connecting? VIa Stereo cables (Red and White)?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.

connecting what? the speaker is stand alone & I can connect via bluetooth

Expert:  Richard replied 7 months ago.

The soundbar.... so your answer is Bluetooth then?

If so, then you cannot connect the other speaker at the same time, Bluetooth is only albe to connect to one device at one time

You would need a device such as this

https://www.jbhifi.com.au/computers-tablets/accessories/logitech/logitech-bluetooth-audio-adapter/560263/

This would connect from the TV's speaker port.

Then you would use a splitter such as this

http://www.warehouse1.com.au/epages/shop.sf/?ObjectPath=/Shops/warehouse1/Products/000000000002474078

One cable would go to the bluetooth transmitter to connect it to the speaker, the other cable would connect to this cable

http://core-electronics.com.au/3-5mm-stereo-to-rca-composite-audio-cable-6-feet.html

And this will need to be physically cabled to the soundbar

Then bother would work at the same time.

what about wifi?

Expert:  Richard replied 7 months ago.

No, the TV cannot send it over wifi. It is either Bluetooth or a cable.

Customer: replied 7 months ago.

you are misunderstanding my request.

TV is all going through sound bar no problem.

I just want the extra speaker to hook up to it

all are Bose products 3 months old

Expert:  Richard replied 7 months ago.

yes I understood your request, and explained how this needs to be done.

Customer: replied 7 months ago.

no you are wrong. I will contact Bose direct

Expert:  Richard replied 7 months ago.

ok, can you please tell me how I am wrong, A bluetooth device can only connect to one device at a time.

If you are calling me a liar because of this, a basic search online would show you this.

Please show me how I am wrong here.
