I turned the Denon off and now it says no network

Customer Question

I turned the Denon off and now it says no network connection
JA: What's the make/model number of your stereo? How old is it?
Customer: Ave-231cl. Not sure. Just bought the house.
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I could t adjust the volume so I tried to turn it off. It wouldn't come back on right. I tried disconnecting power.
JA: Anything else you want the theater expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No. I just need to get tv back on.

Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

That sounds like a Denon DVR for a home security / security camera system.

Or is it a Denon AVR-2310ci home theater receiver?

Either way - did it come with the house, or is it something you bought yourself, separately from the house?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
The act-210ci. It came w the house I bought.

I cannot find that precise model number at all, as a Denon device.

So please tell me - is it a home theater receiver/radio/stereo, or is it a DVR that is not in a living room or lounge or similar area, but more like in a utility area?
