Hi there Dave and welcome

You will need to reset the speaker and set it up again.

To do this, please do the following

  1. Press Power to turn on the system

  2. On the button pad, press and hold 1 and the Volume – for approximately 10 seconds: A countdown from 10 - 1 and the message "Hold to restore factory settings" appear on the display. The system restarts

  3. Launch the SoundTouch® app on your computer and add the system to your network

Once setup, tell me if it then connects please
